Bethel Christian Center was established in Riverside, California in 1955. In 1971, when its founding pastor retired, Ron and Annie Halvorson were installed as pastors and have been here for over 33 years.

Bethel is a place where people can meet God. With exciting music, timely messages and quality programs that minister to all ages - from babies to seniors - anyone can find a place where they "fit."

As Bethel has grown, we have gone through many changes. In 1980 we moved from our original location on Madison to our current location on Van Buren Blvd. In 1983 we started our school system. Starting with Preschool and continuing through Elementary, Middle, Senior High and Bible College, students are offered a solid, Christ-based education that will prepare them for the life God has planned for them.
